Baimbridge College

Victorian Parliament - June 19, 2019 -  Ms KEALY (Lowan) (10:07:18): Welcome today to the Baimbridge College students who were in the gallery earlier but have wandered across to the Legislative Council to watch proceedings there. It was great to speak with them this morning, to meet with them and to hear their concerns that while there was bipartisan support to upgrade their school with a $8.4 million commitment from both The Nationals and Labor, Labor has let them down and refused to fund their school in this year’s budget. I have encouraged the students to talk to any Labor ministers that they see in the corridor to emphasise their plight, and I do wish all of these students are the very, very best for their future.
